Bulk checks, monitoring and API
The pages here are free. What is not free is answering the dated question across a whole book of clients.
Who does this at volume
- Claims and financial-services lawyers. Every file starts with the same step: who authorised this adviser on the day of the advice. Across a book of matters that is the same lookup, hundreds of times, on 362,694 authorisations.
- Compliance teams inside licensees. Your own record on this register is what a regulator, an insurer or a claimant will read. Ours is a snapshot of it, comparable month to month.
- Professional indemnity underwriters. The history of who a proposer has been authorised by, and for how long, is on this register and nowhere else in one piece.
- Anyone reconciling advisers to licensees. 57,876 representatives have had more than one, so a single-licensee mapping is wrong for 24.4% of the register.
What we can do on your list
- Resolve a list, with dates. Send names, representative numbers or licence numbers — and, if you have them, the dates that matter. You get back a CSV naming the licensee in force on each date, plus the full authorisation history.
- Flag the gone licensees. 103,074 authorisations name a licence number absent from ASIC's current file. On your list we mark them, which is the first signal of a claim that may end at the CSLR.
- Watch a panel. ASIC republishes the register rather than a change log. We keep every collection and tell you what moved — who was authorised, who ceased, and when.
- Query it. A JSON endpoint by representative number returning the whole authorisation history.
Priced case by case. Say what you need and we answer with a figure and a sample run against your own data.
