The register, prepared
Everything on this site is free to read. What is sold is the work of joining two registers, flagging the licences that have left the current file, and keeping the difference between one collection and the next.
The pages of this site are free and will stay free : an official fact belongs to no one. What is sold here is the compilation work — extracting ASIC's AFS authorised representative and licensee registers, reconciling it, dating it, and delivering it in a usable form.
What is actually added
The representative rows carry a licence number and nothing else: the name, the State and the ABN all come from joining the second register — and that join is on a zero-padded number, which returns zero matches if you take the fields as they come. The flag saying a licence number is no longer in ASIC's current file exists nowhere in the source; it comes from comparing the two.
The flow, and why it is the product here
ASIC republishes the whole register rather than a change log. A snapshot therefore tells you the present; only a sequence of snapshots tells you what moved. We keep every collection from 2026-08-19 on and deliver the differences — new authorisations, cessations, licences that left the file.
⚠️ We publish no monthly rate of arrivals or departures as a market indicator. The register is corrected retrospectively, so a figure computed from one snapshot would not survive the next.
- Change feed — AUD 300 / monthOr AUD 3 000 a year. At every collection, what came in, went out or changed since the previous one. This is the part that does not age.
- One slice — AUD 90 / monthThe feed restricted to a single licensee or year, for those who do not need the rest.
- Full snapshot — AUD 4 000, onceThe state of the register on the day of delivery, every field included. Listed last on purpose : a snapshot ages.

The 4 fields marked ⚠️ do not exist in the source : we add them — a join, a normalisation, or a reconstructed history. That is the part a buyer cannot reproduce by downloading the official file.
