## Current representatives by State

51,921 current authorisations carry a business address. The other 310,773 do not — and that is a property of the source, not an omission here.

**ASIC publishes an address only while an
authorisation is in force.** 14.3% of the rows in this register carry
one, and they are, to within a few dozen, exactly the current ones. A
geographic view of this register can therefore only ever cover the present —
which is why the main axes here are [the licensee](/licensees.md) and
[the year](/ceased.md), not the map.
